Freedom Lifestyle Blog
Bonjour,
We all have dilemmas, confusion feeling stuck at times. It is because one part of us wants something and another part wants something else.
For example, we are looking for security and want to feel safe in the status quo, and at the same time, we want inner growth, innovation in future possibilities. Once those parts of ourselves realized that they are both in service of our well-being, they can collaborate and become friends.
How can we create a behavior that provides safety but with a certain amount of growth and innovation? There is always a solution, but only if the two parts learn to meet and collaborate.
Are you aware of those pulling parts in yourself? If yes, make a list of thoughts and behaviors that could apply to your current life. It could include fears, habits, triggers, desires that are yet to satisfy, projects, dreams…
In both my Coaching and 1:1 Healing sessions we strive to integrate the parts that are confused bringing awareness and breaking the code of the subconscious minds.
When finding resolution through integration, Ha Ha moments reveal the roots of confusion and, the collaboration is perceived as a possibility.
The drama of our life reflects the internal conflicts that are at play in our subconscious mind. Our next Soul Alchemy event will facilitate the awareness, then offer steps to achieve complete integration of the parts within us that appears on opposition only until we realize that they are both parts of the whole.
A future article will clarify what “drama” really means within the story of our lives.
