The more grateful I am, the more often life gives me opportunities to be grateful.
We all know this, but it’s time to put it into practice. Not once in a blue moon but daily. Creating a habit of noticing reasons to be grateful as part of your daily routine, in the morning when you first awake and at night before sleeping into your dreams.
Eventually you’ll build a gratitude muscle keeping you in state of constant gratitude where criticism and moody attitude will no longer reside.
The more positive you are and the more you appreciate things and people in your life, the more positive, happy and healthy things will come to you matching the vibration of your dream vision like a Bom rang effect.
This is why we start any of my programs defining and building the belief that your dream vision is real. Having faith will come naturally from the daily practice of vision activation and gratitude statements with a feeling of appreciation and deserving.
It always works because thoughts attract the outcome that vibrates at the same frequency. It is the universal law of creation.
If you’re in a tough spot right now and you find it hard to name even one thing, you’re grateful for, don’t worry – even the little things count.
Be grateful for the person who smiled at you while keeping the door open at the grocery store, the roof over your head, having the mysterious opportunity to be in this lifetime, your parents or whoever raised you, the fruits you ate, the farmers who harvest the vegetables that you cook with, the breath you just took, the water that is available to you, etc.
Over the next days, you’ll find you’ll increasingly have more to write down each day into your Manifestation Journal.
List 3 things each night that you are grateful for in your diary.
I am grateful to be part of your life and I believe in you!
