Freedom Lifestyle Blog
Hello, dear ones, I know that after a powerful healing session, you may feel curious about revisiting the experience or even watching a recording. However, in alignment with spiritual tradition, I encourage you to focus on living fully in the present moment. Holistic healing is deeply rooted in the understanding that our energy, awareness, and healing are most effective when we are connected to the "now" and not bound by the past. Healing Lives in the Present, Not the Past When you’re in a healing session, you’re immersed in a sacred, intentional space. Your heart, spirit, and energy are fully engaged, allowing healing to unfold at a deep level. Recording or revisiting the session can pull your energy back into the past and potentially disrupt the natural flow of healing. Healing doesn’t necessarily "stick" in the same way when we replay or analyze past experiences. Instead, revisiting a session can even bring old patterns back to the surface, which may unintentionally reverse some of the progress made. The real growth happens when we integrate what we’ve experienced and use it to move forward—without lingering in the past. Staying Present with Trust in the Process The spiritual approach like in shamanism for example holds that true transformation arises from being present, not from reliving or analyzing. Every insight, release, or shift that occurred in your session has already been woven into your energy and spirit. Trust that what you needed from that session is already part of you. The memories and shifts are there, inside you, guiding you from within. Honoring the Sacred Nature of Healing Work Spiritual healing practices are sacred and deeply personal. Recording these moments can alter their potency, shifting the focus away from the authentic, intimate connection between you and your own healing journey. The session wasn’t meant to be viewed as an observer, but rather to be lived, felt, and integrated. Healing Is About Moving Forward Healing isn’t a static process; it’s a journey that continually unfolds. By letting go of the urge to revisit or rewatch, you’re giving yourself permission to grow and evolve. The energy you gained in your session is best served when you’re living your life, not by staying anchored to what’s already passed. Focus on Your Ongoing Journey Know that what you received is now part of you, guiding your steps forward. Embrace each day with an open heart, grounded in the understanding that your healing is unfolding moment by moment. The best way to honor your session is to move forward, living with awareness, peace, and trust. Exception to the Rule There is, however, one exception to this guidance. For specific types of coaching—like mindset or business coaching, as well as group coaching—I sometimes use recordings. In these sessions, recordings are saved as replays and made available within an online course or group coaching format. Here, the intention is different. When you watch a recorded demo or “hot seat” session, you’re not just observing; you’re invited to experience the session as if you are there in the present moment. This approach guides you into the healing experience directly, transcending the concept of “past” or “future.” Through focused attention, you access a timeless, expanded state of consciousness where healing can flow to you as grace or even as a miraculous insight. In these instances, the recording serves as a bridge to bring you into that present moment of awareness, helping you align with the energy of the session. This alignment supports your own growth and insight, allowing you to receive healing in a way that honors both the power of the session and the sacredness of the experience. Thank you for embracing this journey with me. Together, we are honoring the ancient wisdom that teaches us to be fully here, fully now, and fully free. With love and blessings, Fabienne |
